Cancellations must be made in writing. SpaceCom 2023 cancellations will be accepted through Friday, January 20, 2023. No refunds will be accepted or processed after Friday, January 20, 2023. If for any reason, SpaceCom is cancelled or postponed, SpaceCom is not responsible for covering airfare and/or other travel costs incurred by clients.
