ORLANDO, FL

Health & Safety

SpaceCom and NTP Events is committed to the safety and well-being of all attendees, exhibitors, guests, and staff.

As such, we are implementing safety measures that follow Executive Orders for federal employees and CDC guidance, including but not limited to the requirement that all participants must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.

Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test

All participants will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a valid negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event start date – on or after Friday, January 7. Documents must be shown at the registration desk in order to receive badge and be admitted into the event.

All participants will be asked to show photo ID along with their preferred COVID-19 documentation. Digital photos of vaccination card will be accepted. Once badge has been received, individuals will not be asked to show their records again unless a reprint of badge is required.

Only tests administered on or after Friday, January 7 will be accepted. Any test will be accepted as long as the test paperwork includes the below three items:

  1. The location of where and when the test was performed
  2. Information that clearly identifies the individual that was tested
  3. A clearly stated negative test result

If and individual is unable to provide the necessary COVID-19 documentation at registration, they will be advised to get a rapid test at any local testing facility.

Testing is available at the Orlando International Airport and there are a number of free sites provided by the Orange County Government.

Masks Required for All

Regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status, all participants will be required to wear a mask while inside unless actively eating or drinking.

Physical Distancing

SpaceCom encourages all participants to practice physical distancing whenever possible. Meeting rooms will be set to prevent overcrowding and abundant disinfectant stations will be available.

We encourage attendees to take any additional steps that will make them feel comfortable and safe. Such as limiting physical interactions by avoiding handshakes and hugs.
