Orange County Convention Center, will be the official host location of SpaceCom 2023. All SpaceCom events, receptions, and activities will be held conveniently at the event space. Centrally located in Orlando, there are three official hotel options for attendees: DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, Hyatt Regency Orlando and Tru by Hilton Orlando Convention Center.
Food & Beverage
All Centerplate concessions, food courts and cafes on the OCCC campus will also be cashless. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Discounted Rooms will ONLY be available through DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, Hyatt Regency Orlando, and Tru by Hilton Orlando Convention Center. Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for SpaceCom.
We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. SpaceCom has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services. Watch out for these companies.
Helpful Travel Information
Orange County Convention Center Parking
The West Building parking lot can be accessed a number of ways – via Exhibit Drive (north entrance), via Convention Way (south entrance) and via West Entrance Drive off Westwood Boulevard. For attendees who plan on driving, the Orange County Convention Center operates on-site vehicle parking at both our West and our North/South buildings. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.
Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.
Rates & Payment
Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.
As of February 1, 2023, payment for parking at OCCC lots will only be acceptable via credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The OCCC is also working to implement a prepaid parking option that will allow attendees to purchase parking online before they arrive and display a QR code on their phones to gain access to the lots. This program is slated to begin in early 2023.
Shuttles
Shuttle service will be provided between the DoubleTree SeaWorld Hotel and the Orange County Convention Center, West Building Hall D Entrance. View the shuttle schedule.
Orlando International Airport
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest and most convenient airport to Orange County Convention Center. MCO provides multiple forms of public transportation from the airport to surrounding areas and destinations.
Getting to/from the Airport to Downtown
Taxis
- Orlando International – Located on the A-Side and B-Side of the Terminal in the center of Arrivals Level (Level 2)
- Taxis may carry up to 9 passengers, and charge the same rate regardless of the number of passengers. All taxicabs picking up at the Airport are regulated by the City of Orlando’s Vehicle-for-Hire ordinance which requires fares to be determined by a taximeter.
