Micah-WebbMicah Webb is a Business Development Manager for Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) supporting the Mission Support and Modernization (MSM) Mission Area. MSM provides full life-cycle mission operations, engineering, and sustainment and modernization services for site and platform missions across all domains, as well as multi-intelligence (multi-INT) ground systems and unmanned systems technology. Webb is focused on the growth of MSM’s NASA portfolio and is responsible for developing customer-focused strategies and partnering with customers and industry teammates to shape markets and drive growth.

Prior to joining Raytheon, Webb served as business development lead for Science Application International Corporation’s (SAIC) supporting the NASA account. As a Systems Engineer with SAIC he provided engineering and systems safety oversight of the Orion Project. He also served an Operations Manager for Space Intelligence Systems at the United States Strategic Command at Offutt Air Force Base.

Before joining SAIC, he worked as Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company in Sunnyvale CA. Responsible for directing the restructuring of a national security development program into an operational support program, Webb developed and implemented a comprehensive cost reduction strategy while balancing technical and operational risks. Webb also served in additional Systems Engineering roles including integrating a first-in-space technology into a multi-billion dollar national security space system and supporting the maturation of multiple satellite products and systems from R&D through operations

Webb holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University and a Bachelors of Science Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles where he was a member of the UCLA Football Team.
