As the Executive Director of Business Development for MEI Technologies, Rich Larson is responsible for leading the identification, capture and bid of new business opportunities in the federal and commercial sectors. He plays an integral role in the development and execution of the company’s strategic objectives and expansion into new markets. Prior to joining MEIT in 2011 Rich spent 15 years at SAIC where he led organizations providing engineering, test and evaluation, payload development, project management, and mission evaluation services to NASA on the International Space Station, Space Shuttle and Constellation Programs.
